Brackets, supports, guides for subracks 19 inches

For the installation of subracks, servers, UPS or other bulky and heavy devices inside a cabinet or laboratory rack frame, appropriate support systems are required that can support these objects and distribute their weight over the 4 rack uprights that make up the structure.

The use of brackets and side shelves, which join the front rack uprights with the rear ones, creating solid tracks on the right and left on which to place and slide drawers and subracks, allows you to achieve various results:

1 - ease of installation: once the lateral guides have been mounted on the L it will be possible, even for a single operator, to place heavy cabinets and servers without the need for help, position the object by sliding it on the guides and then fix it to the rack uprights.

2 - greater stability of the infrastructure by stably binding the 4 19" rack uprights: while the subracks tie the right rack upright to the left one through the front fixing fins, the L-shaped support guides fix the right front upright to the right rear one and the left front upright to left rear.This creates a much more solid structure where all 4 vertical rack uprights are bonded together.

3 - greater safety of the installation: the subrack which rests on L-shaped shelves for the entire depth unloads the weight in a distributed way so even if stressed it will not run the risk of being damaged or damaging the rack uprights (for example if the wardrobe is moved on wheels, transported on pallets or lifted using eyebolts).

For these reasons we have created a wide range of L-shaped support shelves to combine with the MD50/AGT19 bracket for easy installation on all 19" rack uprights of any cabinet or laboratory frame.

The MD50/AGT19 brackets are equipped with a central slot 175 mm long and 9 mm wide (to accommodate M6, M5 or M4 cage nuts)

With the MD50/AGT19 brackets it is possible to couple L-shaped shelves to support heavy objects with any cabinet or laboratory frame that has standard 19" rack pitch uprights. They are made of galvanized steel, length 186.2 mm, slot length central 175 mm height 51 mm, depth 16 mm (folded side with threaded inserts).
