Subracks for modules made following the requirements of DIN 41494 - IEC 60297-3 regulations, for subunits or electrical cards in Eurocard format (Europe) or larger. They are suitable for mounting connectors with a fixing distance of 90 mm according to DIN 41612, IEC 60603-2 and EN 60603-2 standards. These subracks are made with flat aluminum side walls plus flange for installation in 19" rack structures, the front, rear and median profiles (where present) have a single M5 threaded fixing hole. The combination of flat side wall and 19" flange allows for an infinite possibility of customizing the dimensions of the subracks. The side walls and support profiles are treated as standard with cepidine 1000 (conductive and EMC surface treatment which improves the resistance of aluminum to corrosion without modifying its electrical characteristics). Natural or colored anodizing treatments, or other aluminum treatments, are achievable on request. The basic supply composition, parts and quantities, is shown in the table and includes a minimum number of card guides of appropriate length.
