The mounting holes on both the front and back are milled at 45°, allowing the countersunk screw to align with the front edge. The two sides are made of 10 mm aluminum profiles that can provide small amounts of heat dissipation. The internal width between the two sides is 415 mm, and the internal height is 80 mm.

Internal base, code 01/05, is fixed to the side panels at a minimum height from the bottom cover, onto which the components are attached. This allows for complete disassembly of the two covers for inspection or repairs;
