Thanks to the high versatility of the UniversalRack® structure, we can create infinite combinations of cabinets, tables, consoles, inclined surfaces, suspended systems; all with rack-pitch drilling and the possibility of installing standard 19" objects.

The UniversalRack® structure is based on a 3-way aluminum alloy joint onto which PNG extruded profiles are inserted, featuring two 90° fins with the option of a square hole for a cage nut. The PNG extruded aluminum profiles, cut to size according to the specific needs of the project, allow for the production of structures with excellent mechanical precision, high structural rigidity, and low weight. Perspective image of an inclined surface with 9 19" rack units The range is completed by a wide selection of accessories such as leveling feet, wheels, mounting brackets, lifting eyebolts, cover panels, doors, fixed or removable support surfaces on telescopic rails, internal or external inclined surfaces with the option of installing 19" system elements.

Two 30-unit rack cabinets with a plinth complete with anti-tip platforms, swivel casters, and braked wheels protected by bumpers, joined by a suspended, top-aligned 12-unit cabinet. The control desk is equipped with three blind roofs (which can be equipped with exhaust fans and/or cable glands if necessary), blind rear walls, and sides that are bayonet-connected to the aluminum profile and locked at the top. The console is completely open inside, with the upper section communicating thanks to the contact sides, which are closed only at the lower, externally exposed section. The entire front surface of the structure, identified in the photo by the square holes for cage nuts, is standard 19" and therefore allows for the installation of any rack-mounted audio, video, or processing equipment.
