19" rack cabinets in IP66 polyester for outdoor installation and in industrial environments with dust or corrosive agents. Switchboards with blank door or window, ideal for wall, pole or floor installation.

Outdoor cabinets with the possibility of hosting both 19" rack objects and electronics on a plate or DIN bar. For the 19" rack objects we have developed 2 solutions, both of which are widely modular: a first solution involves the use of 19" frames in painted iron, available in configuration with 2, 4 or 8 19" rack units (photo on the right), for the second solution it uses an aluminum frame with the possibility of fixing 19" objects both on the front and vertically, with the possibility of installing objects over 700 mm deep. Both solutions can be mounted in a stable manner directly to the bottom of the box or on the galvanized plate or they can be "hung" on special supports that allow them to be removed quickly and easily to work outside the box.

Modular 19" rack cabinets with IP 55 protection rating

With sloping roof, load-bearing structure in extruded aluminum profiles joined by three-way joints, also in aluminum alloy, covered by zamak covers. The abutment flap for the covers is integrated into the extruded profile, which forms the frame, which, together with the frame, guarantees a   IP55 protection rating

- 1.5 mm thick steel sheet
- RAL 7035 light gray epoxy polyester paint (optional other colors or pure polyester paint for maximum resistance to atmospheric agents, chemicals, salt sprays).
- Frame in extruded natural anodized aluminum alloy 6060 (on request ALODINE 1000 or other galvanic or color passivation treatments)
- blind front door in 15/10 steel or with porthole and tempered safety glass (plexiglass on request)
- Removable roof in 15/10 steel with sloping profile
- doors with an opening angle of over 180°
- Removable side panels in 15/10 steel
- Removable rear panel in 15/10 steel (replaceable with door on request)
- Bottom with flanges for cable passage or fixed plinth height 70 mm in 20/10 steel (on request with wheels, shovelable, with platform or customized)
- n°2, 4 or more uprights to support 19" components

* Sides, doors, plates and all cabinet components can be customized on request with the possibility of cable passage holes, vents, provisions for electronics, etc.
