Monobloc wardrobes with the possibility of access also from the rear via a hinged door on both the right and left. Can be equipped with a depth-adjustable galvanized sheet metal component holder plate, frames for supporting modular panels and/or DIN bars. This series of cabinets enjoys extremely versatile characteristics, allowing them to be used in the most varied applications such as distribution panels and control panels in industrial automation applications, where it is not necessary to couple cabinets in series.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

● Degree of protection IP55, according to EN 60529 (CEI 70-1) standards, as per test report GR-99/016772.
● 15/10 thick steel structure built with continuously profiled uprights, tops and bottoms assembled by means of a robotic island, so as to obtain maximum solidity of the same.
● External doors are made of 20/10 thick sheet metal, hinged as desired at the front or rear, both on the right and on the left.
● The doors with portholes are fitted with 4mm thick tempered glass.
● The glasses are sealed with high quality single-component thixotropic polyurethane material, which polymerises upon exposure to atmospheric humidity, forming a resistant elastomer between the glass and the door frame, with excellent results also from an aesthetic point of view, as well as how functional.
● Painting with epoxy-polyester powders, textured RAL 7035 colour.
● All the individual external elements are equipped with a robot-foamed polyurethane foam gasket.
● Internal plates made of Sendzimir type galvanized sheet metal, thickness 20-25/10.
● Each structure is equipped with 100 mm high palletisable plinths.

● The 2000 series cabinet has been subjected to type tests according to the standards: CEI 439-1, EN 60439-1, CEI 17-13/1, as per test reports MP-99/011833, MP-99/011443 and MP-99/018182.
